 Room Rates:

Single/double $129     *     Triple, Quad $10.00 per additional person

(Plus tax and any applicable surcharges)

The absolute deadline to guarantee this rate is April 19, 2010

The hotel has each room as a suite with microwave and refrigerator.

We are confident that you will agree that the new decor is lovely!

An Early Departure fee will be charged to guests who check out prior to their reserved checkout date.

Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the

scheduled length of stay.

PET DEPOSITS:

The hotel has just completed renovations to all suites. There is no pet deposit charge, HOWEVER,

housekeeping will check rooms daily. Any damages will be added to the individual’s room rate.

There will be no exceptions. As we all know, finding a hotel willing to accept dogs has become

more difficult each year.

We know that our attendees will leave their rooms in the same lovely condition as when they arrived!
